Celebrate August Summer Nights in historic downtown Vallejo - learn to make fabric beads for FREE

Fabric beads are simple to make, easy to customize, and are great scrap busters. They’re also great for people with sensory issues around more traditional jewelry. The beads are lightweight and can arranged in a variety of ways, from strung on strips of fabrics as a bracelet or used as zip pulls, to key chain lanyards or used in weavings. What will you do with your beads?

Drop in between 6-8 pm, bring some of your own scraps or pick from mine. Needles (for use while in the shop) and embroidery thread in a variety of colors provided. This workshop is for ages 8 and up, provided you are comfortable with the child using needles and scissors. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
